Student Ministry Cookout April 18

Students and parents are invited to attend a cookout at Prien Lake Park on Wednesday, April 18, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Food will be provided, and there will be a chance to visit with Cameron Kreager, our prospective Associate Pastor.

New Members Class 101 April 29

If you are interested in joining Christ Community Church or would like more information about us, then this is the class for you. You will enjoy discovering the story of Christ Community Church, our purpose, strategy, and beliefs. This class will take place following worship on Sunday, April 29, and it is a requirement for church membership. Lunch will be provided for participants.

Parent’s Day in KidCom April 29

On Sunday morning, April 29, the parents of K-6th graders are encouraged to join their children in KidCom (Children’s Church, “Kid Community”) to participate in our worship service. A typical Children's Church service consists of worship, interactive games, and a Bible lesson. The kids always get a kick out of seeing their parents included in what the children get to experience each and every week.

Service of Baptism May 16

"Believer's Baptism" is an outward symbol of a person's inner commitment to follow Jesus Christ. We will have a service of baptism on Wednesday, May 16, at 6:00 p.m. at the home of the Tookes in Moss Bluff.

Since we do not have a baptistry, we have our services of baptism at a home with a swimming pool. Family and friends are invited to be guests. After the service, we celebrate the occasion with a pool-side cookout. Since baptism is a public profession of faith, the baptisms are filmed, and the video is a part of our worship service the following Sunday so that the entire church community can witness the event. Finally, our baptisms are published to be viewed by the world on YouTube.
