IXTHUS Student Ministry

Welcome to IXTHUS – the Student Ministry of Christ Community Church!

IXTHUS is a vibrant and growing community designed specifically for middle and high school students. At Christ Community Church, we are passionate about helping the next generation discover who they are in Christ and how they fit into God’s bigger story.

Our Mission

To equip young people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus—living boldly, serving faithfully, and making a lasting impact in their world.

Why “IXTHUS”?

"IXTHUS" (Greek for “fish”) is an ancient Christian symbol representing faith in Jesus Christ. For us, it's more than a symbol—it's a way of life. It reminds us of our call to live differently, with courage, faith, and purpose in a world that desperately needs hope.

What We’re All About

  • Biblical Teaching
We’re rooted in Scripture. Every gathering, study, and discussion is grounded in God's Word to help students grow deeper in their faith.

  • Authentic Community
We believe students thrive when they’re known and loved. IXTHUS is a place where real friendships are formed and faith grows in community.

  • Worship & Service
Students are given regular opportunities to worship passionately and serve selflessly—both in the church and beyond.
